Delivery & Dispatch
Everything trade customers need to know about how and when orders leave us.
Delivery charges
- Standard UK tracked delivery: £10.00
- Free delivery on orders over £200.00 (merchandise value, excluding delivery)
- Orders of exactly £200.00 still carry the standard charge.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and dispatched the same working day where stock allows. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Every order is picked against our live stock figures. If a character is short after payment we contact you the same working day with options — we never quietly part-ship without telling you.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking reference as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking is also shown against the order in your account order history.

Delivery area
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses. For Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands or export orders, contact us before ordering for a carriage quote.
