• Account details: name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Order details: delivery and billing addresses, order contents, PO references.
• Payment status only — card details are handled entirely by our payment provider.
• Basic usage analytics to understand how the ordering tools are used.

To take and fulfil your orders, provide order history and reordering, handle returns and support, and meet our accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running a trade supply business.

Only with the providers needed to run the shop: our payment processor, our delivery carriers, our hosting and database provider and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Order and invoice records are kept for six years to satisfy UK accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are removed on request.

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email sales@tradeplateletters.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
